Happy New Year to all... Cheers!

Hi all...

Well the year is almost over... I'm still amazed by how quickly it has flown... it has been a busy year... my 'little baby' turned 18 and is off to uni next year... I turned 50... they say 50 is the new 30.... well... at least I say that... and that is all that counts... my gorgeous craft room is just about finished... carports are going up as we speak... and the list goes on... all in all it has been an amazing year... loved every minute of it!

Now, 2016... bring it on! Myself and a couple of the girls at work have signed up for the Wanderlust course... 12 months of learning with wonderfully talented teachers to learn all there is about art journaling, painting techniques and lots more arty goodness... the count down is on! If you fancy finding out more about the Wanderlust 2016 journey, checkout the link on the right...

Just because I'm impatient... I've been playing with my 'new' art journal... this is what miraculously appeared.... not sure if it is finished yet....

Well... if I don't get a chance to visit before New Year's... hope you  all have a fun night spent with family and or friends... be safe and chat to you all in the New Year!

Cheers!

Thanks for visiting Debs Craft Shed throughout the year...

Love Deb x

  1. So happy to have found your blog. I am loving your work in Wanderlust - although I have yet to complete a project, I certainly have upped my play time in the Fun Room which is what my sweetie calls my Art Room. I look forward to following you the rest of the year!

  2. Hi Sara... thanks for visiting... If I could.. I would put the kettle on and sit down for a chat.. but, seeing you are just a few miles away... I will just have to have one for you... :) ...gotta love playing in the 'Art Room'... I'm lucky enough to have a HUGE shed to play in... its fully lined... big murals on the walls.. massive benches & great lighting and sits in the middle of farmland here in Lewiston (South Australia)... I can hear the horses next door and lots of birds... looking forward to chatting to you through the year.. x
